Express Shipping (1-2 working days) for a fixed £7 per order.

For Europe, we offer Royal Mail Tracked & Signed Shipping (3-5 working days)
for £15 per order.

Internationally (outside of Europe), we offer Royal Mail Signed Shipping (5-7 working days) for £20 per order.

Our two aims are to protect your product and not harm the environment. Therefore, we use eco-friendly boxes and filling.  

Our products are very robust given that they are made from solid hardwoods, and considering the packaging, the probability of a product arriving damaged is very low. If a product arrives damaged, simply take a photo of it and send it to: carpenterjose@hotmail.com, along with your order number and name, this is so we have evidence for our courier. You will then need to ship the item back to us so that we can replace it. We will reimburse any shipping costs you incur as a result.  

In the ‘Contact Us’ section of our website you can submit enquiries with a bespoke message. We monitor our inbox daily and will aim to respond to your queries as
soon as possible. Also, under each game there is drop down for ‘Ask a Question’ where you can submit queries specific to the item.

We handmake every game inhouse, sometimes we do not hold such large numbers of
stock, but this can be arranged using the ‘Contact Us’ section of our website. For example, we can make large corporate orders with bespoke engravings.
